  • Life begins at conception. Abortion has killed tens of millions of Americans and is a stain on our republic. The use of federal tax dollars to fund abortions against the public will of Texans justifies virtually any action by the states to put an end to this practice.
  • The Texas Legislature should enact legislation to stop the murder of unborn children and should ignore and refuse to enforce any and all federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and court rulings that would deprive an unborn child of the right to life.

  • The Texas Legislature should enact legislation making it crime to travel to federal property or to other states with the intent to murder a baby, and also make it a crime for any Texas official to enforce, or to aid federal officials in the enforcement of any and all federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and court rulings that would deprive an unborn child of the right to life.

  • The horrific practice of gender mutilation surgery on minors, either through surgical or chemical castration, is an abomination. and yet the federal government has announced that your tax dollars will be used to facilitate this practice.  The Texas Legislature must act to pass legislation that will keep these funds out of Texas schools and communities, and make it illegal to travel out of state or to federal property with the intent of mutilating a child.
  • There are only two genders: Male and female created he them (Gen 5:2). The Texas Legislature should enact legislation stating that no public school or educational institution may require or pressure any student to profess, espouse, adopt, or otherwise be indoctrinated to any specific views on sex, sexuality, gender, or gender identity.
